Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward email messages from one email box account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the email box you wish to forward mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
