Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you total command over your mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email box to another, configure email filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just specify the e-mail box you want to forward messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
